Join us for a night at the movies under the stars!! Our movies for the evening will be the cartoon, Felix the Cat Busts A Bubble followed by Double Whoopie, featuring Laurel and Hardy. Both silent films and accompanied by Bill Rowland on the organ. Since 1947, Starlight has presented quality, live music to Oklahoma audiences each summer. Currently, our concerts are held at Guthrie Green. Located at 111 E. Brady Street in Tulsa, Guthrie Green is located in the heart of the vibrant Brady Arts District. About the Production: Director: Whitson Hanna Stage Manager: Evan Tansey Assistant Stage Manager: Kelly Leake Rehearsals: Starting September 11. Weekday evenings and occasional Saturdays. Performances: November 3-11, 2017 Theatre: John H. Williams (TPAC) The audition is open to all ages and genders and races. There is a potential for women to play men, men to play women, younger to play older, individuals will play multiple parts. The casting will be completely color and gender blind. Auditions will be open call and consist of cold readings from the script. Please be prepared to stay for the duration of the event. Participants should be knowledgeable of the play. If you have any kind of musical background you are highly encouraged to bring your instrument (voice counts) and demonstrate or display your talents. If you can play the music on the piano please say so. We are looking for people who can play the music. But please do not let that be a hindrance to auditioning! All Roles Available: The role of Salieri will be double cast as a younger and older version who will coexist on stage at the same time. All other speaking roles will be singularly cast. The non-speaking roles will be played by members of the ensembleWe are looking for a big ensemble who will live on stage throughout, using theatrical convention to convey set, servants, citizens of Vienna, parts of the audience, and so forth. The lines of the Venticelli will be split up amongst the ensemble. Challenger Sports British Soccer Camp is the most popular soccer camp in the country based upon one of the most innovative approaches to coaching youth soccer in the US and Canada. Our experienced International staff study the game at all levels and will help players improve their core techniques and become more confident on the ball. With programs for each age, the curriculums includes a variety of foot skills, technical drills, tactical practices, freestyle soccer, small-sided games and coached scrimmages. World Cup style games are held each day where campers compete for their adopted country and are encouraged to learn about different customs and cultures, and our core values of respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship and leadership. Join our amazing Tulsa area CrossFit community as we visit different gyms in the surrounding area and participate in short workouts to obtain a poker card and try to end up with the best poker hand. Each poker hand is a minimum $10 donation and all funds will go towards the purchase of a life saving AED and staff CPR training for CrossFit 51. Note - this is not an actual running event. Most participants will car pool to each location. Our final stop will be at CrossFit 51 where we will announce the winners of the Poker hands!
