Join us on Thursday, August 17th at 7:15 p.m.for an adult yoga class presented by Jeanne Doss, certified yoga instructor. Practicing yoga and meditation reduces anxiety and stress, improves mental clarity and even helps you sleep better. This low-key beginner's class will feature meditation and chair yoga.
