Expressions of Spirit Workshop – Exploring the 8 Limb Yoga Philosophy Did you know that asana (the physical postures of yoga) is just one of an 8 fold system to spiritual enlightenment? In this 2 hour workshop with Julie Lindley, RYT200, we will journey into Patanjali's 8 limb path of Yoga. If you are a current yoga student wanting to learn more about the philosophical side of yoga or gain a fresh insight and perspective, then this is the workshop for you. This workshop will also include an asana practice tying these concepts together following the lecture. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this workshop will deepen your practice and your spiritual awareness. Cost is $20 pre-registered, or $25/door. Space is limited so reserve your spot today!
