The Melting Spot Owasso
Looking for a unique way to connect with your Valentine? Tami & Stephen will be guiding participants into interactive yoga poses. All levels can participate. Partner poses are not only fun but also a great way to connect with your partner. You'll be forced to communicate effectively (to let each other know how the adjustments feel) and to act with sensitivity (to ensure that the amount of force you're using is appropriate). Aren't those skills every couple could stand to practice? Tami & Stephen will be tying in Thai bodywork into the workshop. Thai bodywork is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of bodywork. Thai bodywork is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Stay for some tea & chocolate covered strawberries! Only 10 spots (couples) available! Please pre-register! $60 pre-registered (per couple) or $75 at the door.
