The Melting Spot Owasso
Are you new to yoga? Want to brush up on your yoga knowledge and asanas? Learn the basics with Sue Moore! Sue will be covering yoga class etiquette, breathing techniques, basic poses, alignment and modifications. Bring your water, a mat (or borrow ours) and a friend! Anyone can come, even first timers! The cost is $20 per person if you pre-register. $25 at the door. Spots will fill up fast, so please pre-register!!! :)
