We will take the first half to go over the basics of Essentrics, do a one hour Essentrics class, then end with a 10 minute Q&A! Essentrics is a dynamic workout that lengthens and strengthens every muscle in the body, resulting in greater joint mobility and lean, long muscles. Using the entire body during the workout, Essentrics uses the healing principles behind physiotherapy to help create a pain free body. By working through the muscle chains, you are able to liberate and empower your muscles, relieving tension in the process. After just a week or two of Essentrics, clients can see increases in full body flexibility, pain relief and unlocked tight muscles just to name a few! Also, it supports injury prevention, improves athlete training, helps to firm muscles, and improve posture!
