Guthrie Green
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 PM Our one hour signature class is the complete total body workout to help you get in shape or challenge your body to reach its fullest potential! This outdoor boot camp style class is a high intensity mix of cardio endurance, plyometrics and agility exercises, athletic drills, kickboxing, calisthenics and strength-training. The instructors focus on encouragement rather than intimidation and design each class differently to push your limits and keep your body guessing. About Fitness on the Green: Fowler Toyota of Tulsa has partnered with the YMCA of Greater Tulsa, Total Blast Zumba, and Guthrie Green to provide the community with FREE fitness classes 5 days a week! Summer Dates: June: 27th & 29th July: 4th & 6th 11th & 13th 18th & 20th 25th & 27th August: 1st & 3rd 8th & 10th 15& 17th 22nd & 24th 29th & 31st
