CrossFit Owasso will be hosting a pull up clinic on Sunday, April 23rd from 1:30-? Come work on progressions to help achieve your first or improve your strict, kipping, or butterfly pull ups! This clinic is open to anyone and will be $5 for members or $10 for non members.
