3. Educating Children With Autism For The Real World

Dr. Vicky Spencer, Faculty Associate in the Special Education Department at Johns Hopkins University, will be conducting this all day seminar. She is the author of The Inclusive Classroom , and College Success for Students with Learning Disabilities . Registration begins at 8:30am for the first half of the seminar geared toward Professional Development. Registration for the afternoon segment begins at 1:00pm for the Family Student Development. Registration is $10 and this grants you all day access. Dr. Spencer will also speak on Sunday, April 30th during morning worship. Core Barre is a system of Smart Movement, and is suitable for healthy individuals of all fitness levels, regardless of age or ability. Have you ever thought about becoming a certified instructor of Core Barre? Or maybe you are already teaching other fitness concepts and would like to integrate Core Barre into your studio or community. You can also earn continuing education with this course. This training is 16 hours split over a three day period. Friday April 7th 5 - 9 pm, Saturday April 8th 12 - 6 pm, and Sunday April 9th 8 am - 12 pm & 1 -3 pm.
