Sign up here as a TEAM RUNNER - 9:30 SLOT- JOIN TEAM- OK CHIVE Password: OK CHIVE(and then hit the spacebar) The start-line window will open with waves at 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Make sure you plan your day with plenty of time. At The Color Run, the start line is its own pre-race party with music, dancing, warmup stretching and giveaways. The Color Run is thrilled to be working with River Parks Foundation. For over three decades, area businesses, organizations and individuals have contributed generously to enhance Tulsa s riverfront. These gifts have funded park improvements including trails, lighting, landscaping, park furnishings, play features, buildings, sculptures, and land. Core Barre System is designed to create strength, flexibility, and a balanced body. With elements of Pilates and Ballet, as well as athletic conditioning, Core Barre is high energy and low impact. Core Barre is a system of Smart Movement, and is suitable for healthy individuals of all fitness levels, regardless of age or ability. Have you ever thought about becoming a certified instructor of Core Barre? Or maybe you are already teaching other fitness concepts and would like to integrate Core Barre into your studio or community. You can also earn continuing education with this course. This training is 16 hours split over a three day period. Friday April 7th 5 - 9 pm, Saturday April 8th 12 - 6 pm, and Sunday April 9th 8 am - 12 pm & 1 -3 pm. Hours are tentative and are subject to change. $100 deposit is required to secure your spot. There are only 12 spots avaialble! Total cost is $575 or $525 early bird before April 1st
