Art Smart Challenge Awards Ceremony And Open House

Tulsa Stained Glass Company & Art Event Center
Help Tulsa Stained Glass celebrate the artists who participated in the 2016 Art Smart Challenge. Plus enjoy free painting projects, refreshments and lots more! This year's Grand Prize winner is Alyssa Foster of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her creation, "Mommy and Me." According to Alyssa, her mother Cynthia is "the most important person in my life. ......my best friend.....I love her so much." A freshman at TCC pursuing an Associate's Degree in Applied Science, Alyssa's ultimate goal is a career as a Physical Therapist. As this year's winner, she will receive a cash prize and a stained glass panel replicated from her winning artwork. Artists from all across America submitted entries during the year-long entry period. The awards ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, March 26th, at 3 p.m. at River Parks. All of the 2016 winners are listed online, and their art will be on display at the Art Smart Challenge's outdoor sculpture, located near the Blue Rose Cafe at River Parks.
