Hold yourself accountable as we begin the new year! It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. Attend classes 21 days in the month of January, and you could win big! We will kick off our challenge with a nutrition session taught by a certified nutritionist. Each time you come to class, check in @TheMeltingSpotOwasso on Facebook (minimum of 5 check ins to be eligible. Post pictures of yourself having fun @ The Melting Spot via FB or Instagram (3 pictures minimum). Use Hashtags #21daywellnesschallenge #meltspotyoga #getfitwithyoga #meltforhealth #yogaeveryday #yogaowasso Winners will be entered in to a drawing for a Manduka Pro-Lite Mat and Carry Strap OR One Month Unlimited. Two Winners will be chosen! This is a great way to get your wellness off to the right start, and make those resolutions to get healthy a reality! Even if you wish to not take part in the social media part of the challenge, you can still participate as part of the group! New clients may try us out for a month of unlimited classes for just $30!
